Who we are
About Us
Our Mission:
Inspire and empower individuals of all ages to develop daily movement habits through engaging and educational movement programs, cultivating a sense of connectedness, joy and well-being.
Our Why:
The human body thrives on movement. A daily movement habit, at any age, benefits both physical and mental well-being. Modern lifestyle, desk-based work, ever-present smartphone and multitude of screens promotes inactivity and poor posture. This results in chronic aches and weak core strength across all age groups. By reintroducing mindful breathing and movement, we can enhance physical mobility, strengthen our nervous systems, and improve emotional regulation. These practices also increase mental focus and foster a deeper connection with ourselves and others, leading to a more active, engaged, and fulfilling life.

About Amie
Amie has always been active but hated going to the gym. Her movement journey began after having two kids and moving abroad to Singapore. There, she trained and certified as a Pilates instructor, and later as a GYROTONIC® trainer. Amie became obsessed with understanding the body and the brain and how they worked together. This led Amie to pursue additional training, including Feldekrais Method, various fascia release techniques, and nervous system health.
Prior to this work, Amie was a technology consultant, product manager, and product marketing manager for companies of various sizes – start-up to Fortune 100. She has a Bachelors of Science in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research (IEOR) from U.C. Berkeley and a Master of Business Administration (MBA-Kellogg) and Masters of Engineering from Management (MEM-McCormick) from Northwestern.
Unbeknownst to Amie, her meticulous attention to detail, honed through her engineering training and corporate career positioned her well to excel as a movement coach. Whether she’s working with a private client, group class, or team, Amie’s approach centers on identifying needs and challenges to develop holistic programs that integrate various movement methods and techniques, and ultimately enable clients to achieve their goals.
